At last month’s mixer we explored great ideas for increasing awareness of local businesses among local residents. This month we will hear from “Top 40 under 40″ entrepreneur, Craig Hall, who has blended his passion for coffee and fair trade with a flair for marketing into a vibrant brew that is bold and principled at the same time. Equator Coffee Roasters imports green coffee from producer co-ops around the world and markets fresh roasted beans both locally and nationally.
Craig will talk to us about what it means to “fair trade”, his relationships with producers and the key marketing principles he applies to his business. We will also have the opportunity to tour the facility and learn some of the finer points about what makes a great cup of coffee!
Of course, the evening will provide lots of time for informal chat, door prizes, and complimentary nibblies. You may register onlineor by reply email with the registration form appended below.
If you would like to donate a door prize or volunteer to help out at the mixer, please let us know by e-mail at [email protected].
