The Notice of Commencement must include a map of the zone of influence of the project, an invitation to participate in the process, proponent contact details, an indication of opportunities to be involved, and for an existing infrastructure like the Enerdu station, a notice that subsequent direct notices will be provided to those who express an interest in the project
Phase 2 – Project Definition: the determination of project specific considerations and the start of public engagement and consultation in the EA process
Phase 3 – Project Assessment: development of mitigation strategies to address identified key considerations
Phase 4 – Documentation: summarizing and reporting on information analyzed and collected, outcomes of consultation and engagement and reaching conclusion on the Environmental assessment.
