Millstone goes from bad to worse

Technically speaking that is.

We mentioned a few days back that we have been having major problems posting new items to the paper because of technical issues.

We’ve been working daily with our hosting company to try and solve those problems, but so far no luck. In the meantime we’re way behind in posting, and at times the web version of the paper has been slightly messed up — missing photos, broken menus, etc.

We have signed up with a new, Ottawa-based, hosting company and are beginning the process of moving our thousands of articles, comments and photos to their servers. This will take some time.

IN THE MEANTIME there will be delays in posting the items you send us. We’re obviously not pleased about this, and wish we had a quick solution. But we don’t. Please bear with us in the meantime.
