The Hospice celebrates the $55,000 in donations received in its first full year of operation

In the first full year of operation of the Hospice,  the community has donated over $55,000. Donors include service clubs, churches, and interest groups, very generous individuals, simple cash donations, donations on the hospice website, the Deugo/Potvin wedding, and smaller cash donations. There is no doubt that Mississippi Mills needs this service.
The Hospice has helped many clients already, is training volunteer visitors, running continuing education for them, developing a major health network, and planning for the Hike for Hospice , a national event in May.
