Photography exhibit at North Lanark Museum

FenceJoin us for the grand opening of the North Lanark Regional Museum’s new exhibition, The Art and Artists of Photography, on Sunday, July 26th at 2:00 pm. From antique cameras and tintypes to the work of local, contemporary photographers, the exhibition showcases the best of the Museum’s vast photographic collection, to illuminate the medium’s history and inspire its viewers. Featuring the work of local photographers Alan Mirabelli, Lee Brebner, and Audrey Buckingham, the exhibition offers something for everyone to enjoy, from history buffs to art lovers alike!

Photographs by Mirabelli and Brebner are available for purchase if you find a favourite piece, as is Audrey Buckingham’s book Ottawa Valley Turned Fence Posts: A Photographic Journey – a great gift for fans of local history or photography!
