The third guest in our Fall Speaker Series, Mary Cook is a renowned Ottawa Valley author and broadcast-journalist. A celebrated storyteller, she has been delighting Canadian audiences for years with her bittersweet memories of growing up on the family farm during the 1930s. Mary Cook is the author of ten best-selling books, has won seven ACTRA Awards for excellence in broadcast-journalism, and can currently be heard every Saturday on Valley Heritage Radio. Admission is by donation. Refreshments will be provided.
