New family peer support group in Lanark County

Are you supporting someone who is facing mental health challenges?

Are you struggling with questions about what to do or how to take care of your own needs during this journey?

If you are looking for a supportive environment and an opportunity to learn, share common experiences, and grow in recovery together, then this new group is for you.  We are starting with monthly meetings on the third Monday of each month, in Carleton Place.  Your facilitators are peers with lived experience supporting family members.

Everyone is welcome!    Your loved one does not need a diagnosis, you do not need to fill in any forms or explain why you came.  Just show up!  And it’s free!

Upcoming meetings:

  • Monday, June 18, 2018
  • Monday, July 16, 2018
  • Monday, August 20, 2018

6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
