‘Active learning through movement’, starts March 19

Building self-awareness
Lowering stress
Developing new options for living

Interested in improving your balance, reducing your chances of falling, or discovering a new approach to dealing with blocks that hold you back?  For five weeks, starting on Tuesday, March 19, join Bill Fehlner, GCFP, at St. Paul’s Anglican Church from 9:30 to 10:30 am for a series of Feldenkrais® classes.  The fee for the five-week session is $50.  Please register here. (Scroll down, click next to Workshop, and complete the payment information.)

The Feldenkrais Method® is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their natural abilities to move, think, and feel.  Learning to move with less effort makes daily life easier. Because the Feldenkrais Method focuses on the relationship between movement and thought, increased mental awareness and creativity accompany physical improvements.  Additional information about the Feldenkrais Method can be found at https://feldenkrais.com/

Before retirement, Bill was an educator for 40 years, at several universities and in the private sector. He has taught both university students and adult learners.  Bill is a member of the Feldenkrais Guild of North America.  In 2009, he graduated from a four year training program that provides extensive practical experience and in-depth training in all aspects of the Feldenkrais Method.
