Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the incredibly popular Puppets Up!International Puppet Festival, Noreen Young, artistic director and puppet maker today presented Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson with a caricature puppet of himself. Mayor Watson will be Parade Marshall of the Puppets Up parade on Saturday August 9. The puppet festival runs on the weekend of August 9 & 10 and there will be a lunch time parade on each day. CTV and the Ottawa Citizen both covered the presentation.
