Ottawa River Power logoWith the change of the season, comes a change in hours at the Almonte office of Ottawa

River Power. As of March 20, the office at 28 Mill Street will be open each morning from 8:00 am. to 12:00 pm., Monday to Friday (and closed for statutory holidays). The change is a result of a decline in customers visiting the office, and it will be for a one year trial period.

The office has a secure 24-hour drop box, if customers wish to drop off payments in cash, cheque, or money order (along with the remittance portion of their bill).

The Almonte office phone number remains: 613-256-3722, and the after hours emergency phone number remains: 613-256-3191.

Almonte customers calling outside of the revised office hours are welcomed to call the Pembroke office toll-free at: 1-877-332-3316. The Pembroke office will continue with its regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The three-person line crew serving Almonte will continue its regular, full-time service hours.
