On December 29, 2014, Gerry Huddleston’s lawyer, Craig Rogers, appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice on behalf of his client. The case was adjourned over to January 26, 2015. No plea was entered. Mr. Huddleston, the Executive Director of the AGH/FVM Foundation, is charged with stealing $4,000 from the Almonte General Hospital and with attempting to cause Teresa Keill to deal with a forged deposit record as though it were genuine. The Crown has elected to proceed by indictment. The maximum penalty on the theft charge is 2 years imprisonment. The maximum penalty on the forgery charge is 10 years imprisonment.
