Between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2013, the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines will be doing an airborne survey of our area. They will use twin-engine Piper Navajo aircraft equipped with survey equipment, flying at an altitude of 200 metres above the highest local obstacle.

So if you see low-flying aircraft they are (probably) not US drones.
