The Resource Development Coordinator oversees the implementation of a strategic approach to the development of resources and funding which may include planned giving, campaigns, special events, corporate donations, grant solicitation, and in-kind resources.

The Resource Development Coordinator works in constant collaboration and partnership with the Coordinator, Marketing & Communications, and the Coordinator, Community Development at the Mills.  Together, these three roles take the lead in external outreach and engagement activities, as well as to support internal initiatives.   Each of these roles reports independently to the Chief Executive Officer, but are designed to work collectively in the achievement of their priorities and work plans.
