Millstone food editor and author, Gay Cook has been awarded the prestigious Ottawa City Builder Award along with her sister Grete Hale. Mrs. Cook and her sisters Grete and Jean Pigott have always had a strong volunteer ethic instilled in them by their parents. They have been extraordinary contributors to their community for well over have a century and have accumulated numerous honors.
