The North Lanark Regional Museum is happy to announce that we will once again be re-opening as of 29 June! Taking into consideration the current climate surround COVID-19, several measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and volunteers.

The museum will be open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. In order to ensure that proper physical distancing measures remain in place, a maximum of 6 people per booking will be enforced. In order to make an appointment, please call 613-257-8503 or email appletonmuseum@hotmail.com. A standard appointment will be 30 minutes but can be lengthened upon request. Appointments can be booked starting at 10 AM until 4 PM weekdays and weekends.

In order to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and volunteers, all appointments will have 15 minutes between them to ensure proper cleaning of all high touch areas, including doorknobs and handrails. Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry, and disposable gloves will be available for guest use if desired. Masks will also be worn by staff at all times throughout your visit, and guests are encouraged to wear their own masks while at the museum.

The North Lanark Historical Society prides itself on our engaging collection and we are very happy to once again welcome guests into our space for a safe, and social experience.
