Support Pakenham students in energy challenge

Once again Mrs. Newlands’ grade 5/6 class at Pakenham Public School is participating in Canadian Geographic’s Classroom Energy Diet Challenge.

Over  six weeks we hope to complete all 25 challenges but we need your help. We need 150 signatures on our pledge form! All you have to do is pledge to save energy, which we are sure you already do! After signing the pledge you will receive an email. Click on it to confirm your pledge.

Last year we managed to complete all of the challenges and we won $600. We donated $300 to Fort McMurray, to help people who lost their homes. This year we hope to donate some of our prize to a local charity, to give back to our community.

Thanks for helping us, and helping the environment!

The grade 5/6 class, Pakenham Public School
