Well, his reindeer could land there thanks to the foresight of mill owner Stephen Brathwaite who has inserted a Santa Claus clause in the declaration document for the condo building (see section b) below). The lawyers who drafted the provision, Nelligan O'Brien, Payne, thought it unique, designed to avoid disappointments that could occur if Santa couldn't find a place to land to deliver holiday cheer.
