Dawson McGrath, Brooklyn Gleeson-Hickstep and Amica Perrie of Take Young People Seriously (TYPS), our local community centre for youth, were interviewed last Saturday on CBC’s In Town and Out about the launch of the TYPS fundraising cookbook. Listen to the interview.

Here is a sample recipe
Brooklyn’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is my own recipe which is amazing.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into a small ball and place on buttered pan. Bake for 7-10 minutes.
