This four-session online singing workshop is for parents-to-be, new parents, parents-in-the-trenches, grandparents, siblings 8+, caregivers of all stripes, and the generally singing curious. Singers of all abilities welcome.

Easy-to-learn songs will be taught through a call-and-response approach with lyrics provided. Worried about sheet music? We won’t be using it. You will learn songs from Sweden, Georgia, the Seneca nation, Hawaii, Acadia, Canada, and the US. Recorded tracks will be provided so you can practise on your own.

Participants will be using the ZOOM online meeting platform for each session, led by Jennifer Noxon, leader of Almonte’s Rhythm & Song Community Choir.

If you aren’t acquainted with ZOOM you can book a live online Tech Tutor through the Mississippi Mills Public Library.
