Yard of the Week

146 Spring Street, this week’s Yard of the Week, is the home of Sylvia And Don Lea.

IMG_1873

Sylvia has been gardening here for 21 years.  Their well kept yard is framed by two 57 year old blue spruce trees that were planted by Sylvia’s parents.  The green lush lawn benefits from river water pumped up from the Mississippi.  Perennials and annuals provide colour in three seasons.  A beautiful peegee hydrangea is a show stopper in summer and fall.
