Passed away peacefully with family by his side in the Almonte General Hospital on April 6, 2019.

Of Almonte, Ontario, in his 87th year.
Beloved and devoted husband for over sixty-four years to Evelyn. Will be sadly missed by his children John (Shelley), Victor (Cathy), Lisa (Ian), Rodger, the late Stephen predeceased also by grandson Tyler. Proud “Opa” to seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren with two more on the way. Predeceased by his parents John and Arnoldina as well as his siblings Martin, Willy, Harry, Arney, Jack Martha and Josefien. Survived by his siblings John, Mary, Nick, and Joan. Donations in memory of Gerry may be made to the Almonte General Hospital Fairview Manor Foundation or the Almonte United Church.
