
Position Title: Finance Coordinator
Program: Shared Services
Location: Carleton Place
Term: Full Time, 35 hrs/week (1.0 FTE)
Salary: $67,384 to $79,275
Start Date: May 2025
ConnectWell Community Health is seeking a Finance Coordinator, 35 hrs/week (1.0 FTE). This position provides comprehensive benefit coverage, including HOOPP.
Position Summary: The Finance Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of all grant funding. Working closely with departmental leads, this position will oversee the financial aspects of all grants, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit setting
- Strong background in grant accounting and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Knowledge of non-profit accounting principles and fund accounting
- Critical thinking and continuous improvement
- Builds effective partnerships/relationships across all departments
Reporting Relationship: The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Finance and Accounting.
