I am fully insured, Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (ERYT-500) with over 15 years of yoga teaching experience. In addition to teaching gentle yoga, I have developed a unique approach to teaching seniors how to improve their balance. My goal is to make the practice of yoga accessible and enjoyable to students of all ages. I teach regularly at Beyond Yoga Wellness Studio in Kanata and in Almonte. I also lead a Chair Yoga Teacher training certification program for yoga teachers and healthcare professionals, and, provide private yoga and balance classes upon request.
