This happened a few minutes ago, a tree snapping off as high winds preceded a thunderstorm. One side of Ottawa Street at Frederick Street is blocked and power lines appear to be down.
Thanks are due to the unknown motorcyclist and the Bell van driver who immediately set up roadblocks and redirected traffic.
