November is Youth Homelessness Awareness Month. Join us for the second annual community education session. This presentation will raise awareness and understanding of critical issues facing vulnerable youth in rural communities, including homelessness and human trafficking. Featuring powerful speakers who will share lived experiences and practical life skills, the event is designed to build support and empower our community to keep our kids safe.
Our rural community faces urgent youth challenges that can’t be ignored. This event highlights overlooked struggles, builds understanding and sparks action to protect and empower our young people. Together, we can create a stronger support network ensuring they have the resources to thrive. Stand with us to learn, connect and champion youth wellbeing – because now, more than ever, they need our united voice and care.

Panelists:
Christine Clark, formerly a decorated foster parent with the Children’s Aid Society, is the Director of Anti-Human Trafficking Services at Stepping Stones Foster Care. Christine has spent countless hours on prevention, using her lived experience and knowledge educating youth, police and victim services, and others.
Kyla Clark serves as the Director of Restorative Services for Stepping Stones Foster Care. With extensive experience in suicide prevention and crisis intervention, her work reflects a steadfast dedication to empowering survivors and promoting systemic change in the field of anti-human trafficking.
Terrilee Kelford, a professional Psychotherapist and former President of Cornerstone Landing Youth Services, has extensive knowledge of issues surrounding youth and adult homelessness.
