Almonte Civitan Club Kids Bike Safety Rodeo – May 23, 2026
The Almonte Civitan Club is hosting a Kids Bike Safety Rodeo on Saturday, May 23, 2026. Go to www.almontecivitan.com/shop and pick your session time. Spaces are limited. Note: only one session per child.
This is a chance for kids to learn how to be safe while riding. Each child will learn what equipment is needed, how to shoulder check, safely ride near traffic, get around hazards and how to use hand signals. What else will be there? Puppets-Up’s mascot Nick, Lanark County Paramedic Service, OPP Auxiliary Police, a BBQ, certificates and prizes! Each child must be able to ride a regular bicycle and be accompanied by a parent or guardian (a waiver upon arrival must also be signed).
