Thank you to all the Almonte residents who came out to support the June 2nd Almonte Library book sale. The Reva and Len Dolgoy collection was the highlight of this sale and eager readers weren't deterred by a rainy Saturday.This fundraiser was a great success, hundreds of books were sold and over $1,000 was raised towards continuing improvements to the accessibility program. Plans are underway to have another sale nearer to Christmas. More news on that later.
