On behalf of Enerdu Power Systems, we are pleased to inform you that the Final Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) Report is now available for download. The final HIA report was prepared following a review of all feedback received during the comment period for the draft report (May 19 to June 18, 2014). The final HIA report also reflects recent design changes that were incorporated into project plans based on feedback received from the public during the environmental assessment planning process and the HIA, including:
- A significant reduction in the footprint of the new weir;
- A shift in the position of the new weir’s footprint to more closely align with the existing weir;
- A reduction in the height of the intake canal wall opposite the Barley Mow, to match the height of the existing weir and flashboard set-up.

Three printed copies of the report were also delivered to the Town of Mississippi Mills, with the request that they be made publicly available at the municipal office, the Mississippi Mills Public Library and the Mississippi Valley Textile Museum.
