After studying  print making, fiber arts, sculpture, drawing and painting, Gayle received the Undergraduates’ Prize in Fine Arts and graduated with distinction from Bishop’s University Lennoxville,  Quebec.
Her passion is watercolour  portraiture of children and the unconscious transparency of their responses to situations.
The definitive exactitude of line, the uncompromizing attributes of paint and paper, the energetic spontaneity, and provocative surprises, make Gayle’s painting life, exciting.
Her paintings hang in homes and shows in Sask., Ontario and Quebec.
