Lisa, who passed surrounded by loving family, is cherished and remembered by partner Jeff Jarvis, parents Ernie and Ellie Welter, Brothers Rick (wife Heather) and Russ (wife Linda). Aunt to Kallie and Sam, Lydia, Elane and Jena.
She was born in Vernon, B.C., July 15, 1971 and moved with her family at 3 months of age to grow up in Ottawa, ON. Excelling in music, she spent many hours playing organ, accordion and piano. Loving natural, tranquil settings full of beautiful creatures, she found her way to Hopetown, ON residing there with Jeff. Battling sickness from youth until her departure, she quietly persevered to her last day, May 25, 2018.
