Passed away peacefully at home at the age of 73 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Survived by his loving wife Sandra, son Stephen and daughter Cheryl (Corey). Proud grandfather to Tye, Trey and Hudson. Brother of Melville (Carol), brother-in-law to Shari Lu and Wendell Johnston, Greg and Huette Sims and many nieces and nephews. Son of the late John S. and Ada (Waite) Camelon. Celebration of Life to be held on Sunday, June 26th at 1pm in the Almonte Civitan Hall. Donations in memory of Doug may be made to the Almonte General Hospital. A special thanks to the staff at the Almonte General Hospital and to the paramedics for their care and support.
