On September 27, Mayor John Levi replied to the Millstone that he was in Kingston attending Ontario East Municipal Conference on behalf of the residents on Mississippi Mills. He stated that he is not a big supporter of all candidates’ meetings as little real info is learned. The mayor prefers to meet with candidates individually and have a good discussion. “Private face to face, you gain a lot more insight into their character” he stated.
