From the Town:
The Back Bridge will re-open to vehicular traffic at the end of the day on Wednesday, October 17th, 2018, while the Short Bridge will close the morning of Thursday, October 18th, 2018, as part of the on-going bridge rehabilitation project. Detours will remain in effect. It is anticipated that both bridges will be open to vehicular traffic by the end of the 2018 construction season.
