The festival runs from July 3rd to August 17th at various locations in and around Ottawa. This year the company is playing “Merry Wives of Windsor” directed by Catriona Leger. Its foolish fun suitable for the whole family! The play will be performed in the following locations

MERA, McDonalds Corner on July 11th
Alexander Grove Park, Stitsville on July 13th
Walter Baker Park on August 9th

A Company of Fools is a family oriented not-for-profit community organization and registered charity that provides a valuable arts and culture experience as Ottawa’s original professional summer Shakespeare troupe. Fools’ productions combine the physical theatre techniques of clown, mask, and puppetry with classical text. The Fools aim is to make Shakespeare accessible and fun to audiences of all ages.
