DeGroat, Don (Bear) In his 65th year, Don passed away at home, February 14 2014 with Pat at his side. Don’s passion was photography, both the capturing of images and the developing of the prints in the darkroom. It was a skill he practiced in both the USA and Canada, most recently displaying his prints at 3 Yellow Tulips in Pakenham.
Don is survived by his partner Pat DuBreuil and family in California. Memorial services will be held in California at a later date. For those who wish, a donation to your local Civitan Club would be appreciated.
