Our Book Club will meet again Nov 14th at 7:30 to discuss Three Weeks in December. Let me know if you plan to attend so I have enough teacups.
I recently enjoyed Gold Mountain Blues. This hefty book captures a slice of Canadian history – the experience of a Chinese immigrant who seeks riches in Canada. On the next rainy weekend, I recommend curling up with The Flight of Gemma Hardy.Terry has discovered Lynwood Barclay by reading Trust Your Eyes and loved Mr. Penumbra’s 24-Hour Bookstore.
