Peacefully at the Almonte Country Haven on Wednesday, November 26, 2014. Daughter of Josephine Scissons (nee McPhail) and the late Francis Scissons. Beloved sister of Carol-Ann Taylor (Mick) of Arnprior and Donna Scott (the late Tim) of Almonte. Will be sadly missed by nephews and nieces Chris Herrick, Jamie Herrick, Colleen Scott, Lisa Burton (Alex) and John Scott. Especially proud Great-Aunt of Lucas and Alana Burton, Will Herrick and Tim and Joshua Scott. Visitation will take place at the Holy Name of Mary Church (134 Bridge St., Almonte, ON.) on Saturday, November 29, 2014 from 10 am-11 am. Funeral Mass to follow at 11 am. Interment at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Corkery, ON. Reception at the Almonte Legion.
