Helicopter hovers over Mississippi Mills

On Wednesday afternoon, February 20th, a dark helicopter arrived over town from the north-west where it had been observed flying upriver between the Mississippi and the highway.  As it circled the downtown, the chopper hovered at times over the river and falls before proceeding on its course to the south-east.  Although a light illuminated the underside, no identifiable markings were visible.
