According to the Ottawa Sun, local resident Megan May Anne Bulloch has been charged with “dangerous driving causing bodily harm, failing to stop at the scene of an accident, failing to provide a breath sample and impaired driving causing bodily harm”, following a three-vehicle crash on Highway 417 near Ottawa on April 7.
