As some readers will know, I enjoy bird photography, which requires a large lens that allows you to get close to things that are usually far away.
A few years back I bought a ‘macro’ lens, which allows you to get close to things right in front of you. Today I got that lens out to photograph some insects and flowers at Mud Lake in Ottawa.
