It’s here beautiful colours, fresh air and great time had by all making tourtieres with my daughters.
This year is a special one, one of my granddaughters will be taking part in the tradition of making the tourtieres with us, coffee on, husbands gone. We have this down pat from making the dough to rolling it out, making the filling and assembling the pies. By the time we are finished, we will have 45 tourtieres to divide to take home.
We welcome you to enjoy a homemade tourtiere from the volunteer at the Almonte Civitan Club.
