Road work to affect traffic and parking in Pakenham area

Road resurfacing work is scheduled to begin on County Road #29 North, from McWatty Road to the Ottawa Boundary starting Friday, July 10. Traffic will be reduced to one lane during daylight hours only, in the area work is taking place.

During this work, there will be no on-street parking available (on County Road 29 only) within the village of Pakenham for one day on Tuesday, July 14, and vehicle access to driveways may be temporarily unavailable.

Please ensure vehicles are removed from the street to allow for the work to proceed. If your parked vehicle affects the construction work, it will be re-located at the owner’s expense.

Businesses may want to consider adjusting delivery times as a result of the lane and parking restrictions during this project.

We apologize for any inconvenience this project may cause you.
