We reported in April on six-year-old Lennox Donnelly’s fundraiser in support of Almonte Country Haven.

Lennox decided to make and sell macramé key chains. He started with a dozen and they were gone within minutes, so he made more. He had folks from Toronto, Ottawa, and surrounding areas asking for them. His goal was to raise $50 dollars, and as of late April he had raised $300 dollars, which was donated to the Haven.

The Ottawa firm MG Law was inspired by the example Lennox set and has donated $5,000 to Almonte Country Haven care home to help.

Well done indeed, Lennox!
