The Mississippi Valley Textile Museum is excited to launch its new-look website at its old address, www.mvtm.ca.
Just like the physical museum, the website has been evolving over the past several years. With its evolution, the Board of Directors of the MVTM felt it was also time for the website to have a new look and a new user experience. We are very pleased with the result and thank our technological savvy volunteers Brent Eades and Mel Turner for their hours of work on the website.
Just like the old website, you will find event, workshop, and exhibit info, searchable databases of our library, collections, and Almonte Gazette newspaper, history of the museum, membership renewals, links to our social media sites, and Fibrefest information. We also have revamped our online donations, memberships, and have added more current photos to all pages. Having an online presence is very important in today’s age and www.mvtm.ca will serve as your best stop for everything Textile Museum-related!
