An army of volunteers pulled off a $100,000 plus golf tournament at the Almonte General Hospital Summer Golf Classic Friday, June 22 at the Canadian Golf and Country Club. Volunteers worked registration, supervised a putting contest, sold tickets on two treasure chests and conducted a live and silent auction to push the tournament to its greatest success in 10 years.
