A Place to Feel Calm

So many of us find our calm and inspiration from time spent outside.

If the outdoors is daunting for you this winter (and even if it isn’t), St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Almonte is opening its sanctuary on Tuesday morning for folks to *be* in a beautiful place and be quiet.

It’s a place where you can read or journal (there are tables as well as chairs) or meditate. You are welcome to light a candle or sketch or stretch out on your yoga mat. It is a lovely place to just sit with a beverage and enjoy the light coming in through the stained glass. (You will find tea on hand.)

From now until Easter, the church will be open from 9am to noon on Tuesdays, and you are welcome.
