Winter parking restrictions will come into force on Tuesday November 1. Parking is prohibited on all streets or highways within the municipality of the Town of Mississippi Mills between 1:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. from November 1, 2011 to April 15, 2012; and when No Parking signs are posted for snow removal.
In addition, plowing, shoveling or depositing snow from private entrances across or onto municipal roadways constitutes an office.
Mississippi Mills has stated that it is not responsible for damage to mail boxes, newspaper containers or other appurtenances erected on municipal right-of-ways that are damaged through winter snowplowing.
