Once a season, the Yard of the Week is awarded to a Mississippi Mills business. The Pakenham Horticultural Society has chosen Paddye Mann Clothing at 156 MacFarlane Street. This garden has been evolving ever since Ms. Mann bought this fine stone building and started a design and made to measure clothing studio. Her garden not only graces the front entrance but wraps around the building and softens all the hard edges. It has grown from a fairly formal garden into large plantings that hide a secret path and shady nooks.
