An All Candidates Meeting will be held at the Almonte Old Town Hall (14 Bridge St.) on Thursday, October 8. The doors open at 6:30 pm with the proceedings beginning promptly at 7 pm and ending at 9 pm. Candidates from 4 political parties, Scott Reid of the Conservative Party, Anita Payne of the Green Party, John Fenik of the New Democratic Party, and Phil Archambault of the Liberal Party, have agreed to participate in the evening. Following short presentations from each of the candidates, there will be an opportunity for the audience to ask questions.
