ConnectWell Community Health is seeking a Finance Assistant, for a 6-month contract. This position consists of 35 hrs/week and will include the option to participate in HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan).
Position Summary:
This position will include a variety of finance related duties supporting the financial operations for our organization. The position will support the documentation of processes within our Finance team.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, or related field or a combination of related education and experience.
- Working experience in the finance field, 1 year.
- Knowledge of accounting systems, budgets, and internal controls.
- Computer experience with a range of software including Microsoft applications.
- Experience with BC (Business Central) and Blackline, an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
Reporting Relationship: The successful candidate will report to our Manager, Finance and Accounting.
